Terms & Conditions
- FTTH Installation charges: 30 Days - ₹1000, 90 Days - ₹800, 180 Days - ₹500, 1 Year (30/40 Mbps) - ₹500.
- FREE Installation + OTT on selected yearly plans.
- Installation charges are non-refundable. Router and 18% GST are additional.
- Technical support from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Shifting charge ₹500 if feasible.
- Customer is responsible for society permissions. Charges apply for any damages to adapter, ONU, ONT, fiber, or copper wire.
- Reconnection charges apply if not renewed within 3 months. All devices will be taken back.
